Hoe te boeken?

 

Een boeking bij Xtreme Gap is makkelijk te realiseren, volg de onderstaande stappen:
1. Lees onze Algemene Voorwaarden (in het Engels)

2. Vul het boekingsformulier in. Hiermee ga je akkoord met de algemene voorwaarden (term & Conditions) en Liability release.

3. Wij sturen je nemen contact met je op om je boeking door te nemen

4. Xtreme Gap mailt je binnen 3 dagen een factuur per mail, welke je kunt betalen via het veilige systeem van Paypal.

5. Indien je kiest voor een PADI duik programma dien je het PADI formulier te downloaden en in te vullen.

LET OP! Voor betalingen via PayPal rekenen wij 4% extra. Voor betalingen via bank en telebankieren rekenen wij geen extra kosten.

ATTENTION!

1. YOU MUST BE RESPONSIBLE OBTAIN FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT COVERS YOU FOR YOUR INTENDED PROGRAM AND INDICATE ON THE BOOKING FORM THAT YOU WILL DO THIS!

2. It is your responsibility to obtain Visas, although we can advise and assist you with this.

3. We need your booking form submitted 6 weeks before the start of your Xtreme Gap Adventure, you also need to read and agree to the Liability release form (found on the right of this page) and if relevant (divers) complete the medical  PADI form with us over the telephone.

4. It is your responsibility to arrange flights to Thailand and South Africa. If you need assistance on how to obtain these please contact us. We are happy to help with advice.
